L’iniziativa di supportare le scuole dell’Abruzzo, dopo l’evento sismico, è stata realizzata da Save the Children Italia onlus con il contributo finanziario di IKEA nell’anno 2009/2010. Per la progettazione dei percorsi pedagogico-didattici, Save the Children si è avvalsa della consulenza del Laboratorio di Educazione all’Ambiente e alla Salute del Dipartimento di Scienze dell’Educazione dell’università degli Studi “Roma tre”, con il quale ha stipulato una convenzione.
The initiative to support schools in Abruzzo after the earthquake event was implemented by Save the Children Italia onlus with financial support from IKEA in the year 2009/2010. For the design of the pedagogic-didactic paths, Save the Children availed itself of the consultancy of the Environment and Health Education Laboratory of the Department of Educational Sciences of the University of "Roma Tre", with which it signed an agreement.
